Shipping and Delivery

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at vickishortt.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. For our Bespoke Service we allow up to a month for the whole process, from your initial enquiry, agreement on your brief, any slight iterations or adjustments, and the printing, packaging and delivery of your artwork. If you require something sooner, please enquire.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, particularly at Christmas*. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

*Christmas is a busy time and delivery can be affected by postal service delays. To avoid delays or any disappointment in receiving your items (especially if required by a certain date), please do order as early as you can.

Delivery Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery charges are included in the price per item, unless specified.

Exceptions to this are for orders to be sent overseas (please enquire), off UK islands (such as Isle of Man, Shetlands etc.) and for larger items that need to be sent via courier service.

Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

vickishortt.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after posting are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, once an item has been delivered (to your address, a nominated address, a safe place or to a neighbour), the retailer is no longer responsible for the item. If you happen to receive anything that has been damaged in the post/courier service, please do get in touch. Please be assured that every care is taken when packaging fragile items for posting.

International Delivery Policy

We currently do not ship outside the UK. However, please do contact us if you are looking to have items sent outside the UK and we will endeavour to provide you with a quote.
