Mounted Seconds Art Prints

Mounted seconds art prints breath new life into prints that would otherwise, potentially, have gone to waste! I’ve chosen a selection of my A3 print seconds where the small blemishes were perhaps slightly more unsightly than others.
These A3 prints now have a chance to shine in their lovely crisp white mounts with an A4 aperture. All my open edition prints are printed on FSC certified 280gsm smooth matt paper. ALL MOUNTED PRINTS ARE UNFRAMED.
A3 £12 each (full priced are £24.95) with a couple slightly lower where there is (ironically) a blemish on the mount itself (Whitby Abbey, and Kilve Beach designs). The Kilve Beach has a smaller test print on the reverse. it does not affect the mounted print.
The prices include p&p and every order is wrapped in tissue paper and decorative string/ribbon.
Perfectly imperfect, ‘seconds’ are products that have not quite passed our quality checks and may contain the following:
- a small blemish or ink spot in the white borders;
- a dog-eared corner;
- a colour discrepancy.
More Information:
Ink spot: Sometimes, when tiny droplets of rogue ink end up where they should not, a print will carry a slight imperfection. However, many are so tiny, you can barely spot them, while others can be hidden behind a mount.
Dog-eared corner(s): These will be hidden once settled inside a frame.
Colour discrepancy: Differences in colour can occur when using different printers. These seconds with a slightly ‘off’ colour were sample prints. There’s nothing wrong with them per se, they just differ from the intended colours of the original designs.
Please refer to my Super Seconds Festival Page for details and example images of what a ‘second’ is. Some product images show the standard design, while others may display the print second. Where there are duplicates of designs, prints will be selected at random.
