Ingleborough Art Print
From: £16.95
Looking back towards Ingleborough from the open, windswept landscape near the Blea Moor signal box, I have sought to capture the ever-changing scene using snippets from my original paintings.
Ingleborough, with its distinctive flat-topped silhouette, is one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, shaped by ancient geological processes that date back hundreds of millions of years. From Blea Moor, the sense of space is striking – wide skies, shifting light and the quiet presence of the surrounding fells define the experience of this landscape.
Through deconstructing and reassembling fragments of mark-making, I draw out the subtle details of moorland textures and distant forms, using unexpected colour to offer a fresh perspective while retaining a sense of the familiar. This piece reflects my interest in memory and viewpoint – those moments of pause, of looking back, and of connecting with the vastness of the landscape.
This Ingleborough art prints are produced on matt 280gsm weight paper and sold unframed. Price includes p&p to UK mainland. Your landscape art print will arrive WITHOUT a Vicki Shortt watermark, which is only present in this preview.
