This contemporary collage print seeks to reimagine the iconic Exeter Cathedral through a rich interplay of texture, pattern and colour. Built from my original paintings and developed through a layered digital process, the work transforms this familiar landmark into a bold and colourful composition that feels both rooted in place and open to interpretation.
Exeter Cathedral is one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture in England, notable for having the longest uninterrupted medieval stone vaulted ceiling in the world, as well as an astronomical clock dating back to the 15th century.
Fragments of mark-making and a carefully balanced, unexpected colour palette invites you to look again, discovering new details with each glance.
