Our prints are available in A4 and A3 formats. However, if you require a design at a specific size, please email us.  Smaller sizes are also available upon request.

We offer free shipping.

For any orders over £60, an automatic discount of 10% will be applied. For orders over £150, an automatic discount of 25% will be applied at the checkout. From time to time we run offers and will advertise specific discount codes that can be used at the checkout.

We generally have a few copies of each design in stock. However, if the design you have chosen is not currently available, we can print on demand and turn around your order in a couple of days. For larger prints, please allow up to seven days.

 Items are dispatched via Royal Mail (first class and second class). If you require something super speedy, please add a note at the checkout, or email us at sales@vickishortt.com before placing the order and we’ll see if we can help!

We do not ship outside the UK. However, if you are overseas and would like to make a purchase, please get in touch and we will look to provide shipping rates to your country.

If you happen to be unhappy with your item(s), please drop us an email to discuss. We obviously want to ensure that you are happy with your purchases and will try our best to resolve the issue. If you post the unwanted, undamaged and unused item(s) back to us, and they arrive in said condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Our items are all made to a high standard and nothing leaves us without a quality check first. We are very particular not to sell/make items that we would not be happy to purchase ourselves. With regard to damage during delivery, let’s hope this doesn’t happen … but if it does, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged parcel.

Our prints are printed on FSC certified heavyweight paper (280-300gsm). In layman’s terms, this feels more like a card than a paper.

We want your item(s) to arrive in tip-top condition, therefore take extra care to ensure the prints are packaged with care. In line with our environmental ethos, we reuse external packaging. The prints themselves come presented with a grey backing board and cello wrap.

We accept the most common methods of payment. These include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Of course. We would be happy to send an item directly to your chosen recipient. Simply choose the delivery address and complete the message box at the checkout. We will include a handwritten note with the gift.

All our items come beautifully gift-wrapped as standard.

Yes. Please refer to our Bespoke page if you are interested in a custom print design.

If you require a bespoke size, please email us to discuss your requirements. 

At present we don’t offer framing, believing this to be a very personal choice.

However, A4 and A3 frames are quite easy to come by. You won’t need a mount as our prints have a white border around the edge of the design, meaning they sit nicely in the centre of a frame.
