It's been a while since I 'blogged' and so much has happened since I did!

I’ve thought long and hard about this. There are so many products that I’d like to design and explore, but each time I sit down to research this, I’m always stopped by my environmental conscience that sits self-righteously on one or other of my shoulders!

Returning to a world filled with art and creativity has been hugely rewarding … I wish I’d done it sooner. Exploring my artistic voice continues to be an ever-evolving journey but is always led by colour and mark-making. I enjoy the process of building colour and layers and texture before I finally decide to focus on creating something that I might be able to use in my digital work.

It’s amazing where life takes you – the events and the people you meet shape the person you become. Reflecting back on my life so far has made me revisit some corners of my life that I had almost forgotten.
